Hydor provides Protection and Indemnity Insurance for ship owners, charterers and operators a fixed - premium basis.
We cater for a wide variety of vessel types, including the full spectrum of offshore service and supply vessels, tugs, utility, fishing vessels, research and diving support vessels, and merchant ships from smaller handy -size bulkers and vessels engaged in regular short-sea trades up - to larger tonnage dry bulk carriers, general cargo ships and tankers (- up to 45,000 GT)
We also cater for operations of a specialist nature, - that require "specialist operations coverage", - extensions, as well as - contractual liabilities, general comprehensive liability and other bespoke coverages.
We can offer all covers on a direct or reinsurance basis.
